My calfs are really jiggley. How can I get them to become more firm?
What raosswald said or you can ride a bike for 1 hour each day on fairly high resistance.
Do calf raises! I do them all the time, if you have flat feet, it will help them become flexible also
Calf raises. They hurt, but work...
I run 2 miles a day, and my calves are very firm and nice :) Good luck!
Beleive it or not but if you spell the alphabet out in capitals with the rotation of your foot. You can make it even more firm
