Progressive car insurance online policy

I was supposed to pay 602 yesterday and they never took it out. I go online and look and it says I owe 892 in July why? I had money in my bank account. they never emailed me saying anything and I can't find anything saying I missed a payment. any ideas why this happened?

I'm supposed to pay 292 but I'm only 17 and have a clean record.

That's terrible, it's way to high. Your parents won't put you on their insurance? It would be much cheaper.
