How are we suppose to know how much time he will get? We dont know his crime or crimes. If he is a habitual offender then he probably needs to go away for awhile so he can contemplate his life. Sorry to have to say that but I probably speak for many.
It depends on if his PO violates his parole..if so, he will be facing the remainder of his initial conviction ..plus, whatever new time he may get for whatever he got in trouble for this time.....sorry about yall's luck and maybe his PO will go easy and not violate him.
How long was in on parole for and how much was left on parole -- what was new charge or charges -- what is his previous was ? and he will probably do at least what is left on his parole - you didnt give us much to go on
well.. if he reoffended after being peroled.. most likely he will serve the rest of his original sentenced . usually they get paroled to hqve a. han e but once they mess that uo they go back to.jail qnd serve the rest of the first sentence .. thats my.opinion. im studying law . i dont know everything but it appears that way ... or it may depend on his reoffense.. whqt he did that second time
