What's with the lizard man in teen wolf?!

the eyes when allison first saw it scared me to death...

The Lizard man is just an additional character in the Teen Wolf episode. The new kid with the camera might be the lizard man because he was at Jackson house when he saw the flash lights of Derek and Scott who were across the street.
