What is my position?

"Sir, I me and my brother are doing business. my brother purchase a one land and register with his wife name. that is combined money. now He did not give any share from that land. Is there any possible for get a land from him?"

It would be difficult to get a share of the land from him. This is because he registered the land with his wife's name, whom you have no partnership with. I would advise you to talk to a lawyer so you can get some professional advice of what to do about it.
