Do something to make it not as "addicting." Say that you bite your nails alot, theres this nail polish stuff that (is non-toxic) tastes really bad, and makes you never want to do it again. Also, I've read that if you eat alot of unhealthy foods, and you want to stop with that one really bad one, all you have to do is chew it up, spit it out and then put it back in your mouth and swollow. Gross, but ive heard that it works! hahah, although I would never try it, its just a suggestion.
