Urinating problems due to possibly damaged nerves, what is there to do?

So

1. I don't have a defined urged to pee..I used to wake up with an urge to pee..now i just don't feel it almost at all. And througout the day, i have to kind of go once in a while to check if i have anything to pee out.

2. Sometimes even when i don't want to pee i feel a light sensation like i want to pee..but i dont really have any pee in me.

Well etc
Those are the main problems. I did have a strange pain in the groin sometime ago and ever since, my urinary system has been like this.

And yeah i have pain too. But i kind of know that it's nerve damage because i felt that strong pain that i had when this all started.

What is there to do to get better?

How well do you like this area of your body? If the answer is anything more than not at all, I would see a doctor to properly diagnose your issues.. It could be a simple fix or it could be something serious that you don't want to wait on. How does one acquire nerve damage in this area? I can think of many things it could be and nerve damage did not make my list..
