What does this mean? Why does he do that?

There's this guy that I really love, and he's usually so loud and all that, but whenever he talks to me, he talks really gently and stuff. I think it's really nice, but why does he do that? Is that a good thing? What should I do?

He is probably trying to sound nice to you so as to get your attention. Every man who wants a woman would always suppress his weird side or walk in pretense to attract his mate. You will have to evaluate your feelings about him and try to buy some time in order to learn his character.
