What gave ke a bruised spine

I don't know when my spine got bruised but when I was at practice today someone noticed it and said u have 3 or 4 bruises on your spine I workout alot heavyweight and I just had a few games of touch football on Saturday but I fell alot so I don't know if its a bad thinggb or not

Your bruised spine could be as a result of a fall or an accident. There is also a possibility that arthritis can cause some swelling within the spine. You should consider visiting a medical doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
