If the person feels well those numbers are nothing to worry about. Other than that I would want to know what, if any, medications he is on. Certain heart medications are intended to slow the heart rate and drop the blood pressure. If there is concern, ask the prescribing Dr. Or at least a pharmacist.
The common cause of low blood pressure is dehydration, which is caused by prolonged diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. Severe inflammation of organs inside the body and moderate or severe bleeding can also cause low blood pressure. Weakened heart muscles and pulmonary embolism also lead to blood clotting in the veins. This can cause death.
