Okay what is the bad stuff in white bread? And which fats are the good ones, is it unsaturated?

I know trans is the mega bad one :/

Some of the bad things in regards to white bread include the gluten that causes allergies, the high Gycemic Index (GI) carbohydrates that cause the rise in blood sugar levels and lacks the protein fiber.
