YouTube player keeps stopping video, can't display loaded part in seek bar correctly, and HTML player not playing at all. HELP?

I have a good connection, video keeps stopping without resuming even if there's a MILE loaded ahead (that's the flash player)... & the HTML player not working at all, loads but cannot play.

To deal with the stopping, you need to stop the video immediately it begins to play. After the status bar shows the video transfer is complete, resume playing the video using the controls on the video player. If you will be playing multiple videos, you can minimize your waiting time. look, i can't even see the loaded part of the seek bar, but by guessing i just move the circle (position in video) and it plays, but still stopping... stupid player!
