Because your body gets dehydrated. Fluid (water) is the most important thing for your body and when you are running low signals get sent to your brain and BAM! Thirst.

our bodies require water for pretty much everything

u have to drink 8 glasses of water per day in summer because of tje hot wheather ur body need that water
