I have a bad hip problem from a car accident, how can i lose my belly weight, jogging kills my leg

Its like i have restless leg syndrome drs dont know whats,really wrong with it

Try sit ups on the floor on a rug or on the bed. Leg-ups: Lay on your back, then take a deep breath and hold it as you lift your legs (close together and straight) up and down at your own pace continually untill you feel you have to take another breath.then start over again. Do this exercise untill you feel really tired, after resting for about five minutes, continue again. This will burn the fat from off your belly in time. Or you can raise your upper body to an upright position and lower it continually as you would your legs.

20 jumping jacks, 10 sit ups, and 10 push-ups once each day.

you could have a pinch nerve ot there could be presure on a nerve Be careful curlups could cause more harm than good.Portion control is key limit sugar intake use diet drinks instead of reg soda

Thank u. Ive cut soda out im drinking water a lot more now and eatting healthy. I have a 3 year old to take care of.

that is a big job all by it self.I have tumors in my hip, back on my heart and lungs which cause hypertension. This makes just breathing hard and exercising completly impossible.If it still hard to lose weight have dr check your thyorid fuction

If you can't jog you can always walk or, better still, hike. You can make up for not running by walking, just have to add on greater distances.

Walking kills me, my hip leg and knee,cracks the entire time, it makes it difficult for me
