Is this a healthy diet..?
eat a healthy breakfast (granola and a banana with a glass of soy milk), work out for an hour (kettle bell, and running/sprinting), eating a healthy lunch(eggs with cheese, and two glasses of water and some sort of veggies), then taking my dog for a walk, then relaxing for a while, then working out for a half hour, then eat some almonds and a veggie burger(low fat, no carbs) then working out for about an hour after that, then relaxing, and maybe working out for a while before bed. I was wondering if this is healthy becaus I wouldn't really be eating dinner, but I would have healthy snacks throughout the day. Please&&thank you for your answers. (: p.s I am 15 years old, 5'7, and 145 lbs.
