Where could you make a free website that is high quality?

Free and high quality rarely go together. Wordpress frontend on their server isn't bad. If you are interested in accomplishing more than just the very basic, I suggest looking into content management systems (CMS). Drupal and joomla are two very popular and extremely well made/supported options that may enable you to make just about any kind of website you can think of. There are many CMS options out there, nothing will be as good or secure as learning html, css and/or something similar. But a CMS with a web host like hostgator might be the way to go.

Yeah, as long as you choose a free template. And it looks really good too. Sometimes they'll even give you a free URL.

Some of the places where you can make your own high quality website are weebly.com and webs.com. You can also go to yola.com and wix.com. You will have to sign up to most of these websites.

But I recommend you to buy a hosting, domain and use www.wordpress.org free software to create website. Wordpress have lots of plugins to make your website powerful.

weebly.com and you can if wanted upgrade it to weebly pro but then you have to pay money the only problem is it cant be like panda.com it has to panda.weebly.com if u want it free

All the free ones are no good. They're fun, but if your serious about building a website youre going to have to learn to program it and pay web hosting.

How about a free WordPress site? You could try www.websitescamp.com, they have free wordpress sites, premium templates and no ads on the free sites.
