center cut pork chops

I've given up on doing pork chops in the oven... this is the only way I do mine. They are crispy and golden brown on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2009/10/simple-pan-fried-pork-chops/

use a cast iron pan with high-med heat to sear both sides and then place in the oven. That works for all meat. Oh, you need to add a fat, olive oil or sunflower oil & add salt at the end

To cook some crispy and juicy pork chops in the oven, you will have to cut thick pork chops from the loin region of the pig. You will then require marinating them in your most preferred marinade sauce before baking. Check out http://www.ehow.com/how_10004816_keep-baked-pork-chops-drying.html for more information.
