Eat several small well balanced meals throughout the day, instead of 3 big meals. Make sure you stick within a 1200 calorie range per day, if you're female. Do cardio for 45 minutes a day, at least, If you can get in more time, great. You have to burn 3500 calories in one week to equal one pound lost. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water as well. Remember it takes awhile to put the weight on, it's going to take awhile to get it off. Stay focused and dedicated. Good luck.
Stop being a fat ass and put the fork down. Losing weight is no secret; number one, lower ur calorie intake.(dont eat as much 'specially junk food. Also, read the label of what ur eating. It tells u how many calories u are takin in) and number two, exercise more! Even a brisk walk will do! As long as it is more exercise than u are doing now. Truly take that to heart and TRY IT for 30 days. I guarantee u will notice a positive diff in the way u look and feel way b4 the 30 days is up. I would know, I hav done it myself successfully.
