Can you take a dog to a cemetary?

I want to visit a freinds gravesite and want to know if its ok for my dog to be held on a leash?

In my opinion, you can visit take a dog to a cemetery unless there are directions not to take any pets into the cemetery. The important thing is to look out for signs around the cemetery you want to visit and know if they forbid pets.

Unless the cemetery is posted otherwise ... it's okay.

Some cemeteries DO forbid pets on grounds.
