I'm not sure, but I definitely DO NOT suggest testing it out.not getting enough sleep can make you sick and grumpy. excercise and eat healthier if you feel you need to lose weight. Yoga can also make losing weight easier, but if you are having trouble doing one of the moves, DON'T do it!!! It could be dangerous!
no it's not okay. I heard that it actually makes you gain weight. Getting a good nights sleep along with a proper and balanced diet accompanied by safe exercise helps lose weight. I think it's that when you don't sleep enough you lower your metabolism and something about fast food and the digestive system but I'm not all too clear on the topic. I definitely do not suggest it though! more sleep! and foods to boost the metabolism and healthy foods. Oh and exercise. Some foods can slow you down so if you eat before you exercise I suggest healthy foods and drinks.
No, there are studies that show the opposite is true. When we feel tired all the time, there's more tendency to load up on caffeinated beverages (often containing a lot of sugar as well), not have the motivation or energy to grocery shop and fix healthy meals, eat too much junk food. Getting adequate sleep will also help you have energy to get some exercise most days.

No on the contrary it can make you gain weight!! When your tired, you tend to eat more, because you feel you need more food to keep you up. plus youre too exhausted to excersise. Sleep is so vital to your health! Not getting enough sleep can also weaken your immune system. It can make you irritable and snappy as well, and your memory and thinking process doesn't work as well. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep or more, depending on your sleep needs.
