Why am I still tired?

I slept from 10 last night to 11 this morning and still wake up tired and draggy. and I stay this way for the whole day, why is this?

You might be sleeping too much. Also, are you eating a well balanced diet, as junk food and not enough exercise can make you sluggish. Also, depression and boardom can make you tired. So, if you're on summer break, get out and do something. Take a walk, volunteer.

It just could be a sign that your body is trying to grow. Rest up and eat lots of nutritous healthy foods as you may be in your growing phase in life. Also it could be that your body just needs more rest and it may not have had in a while. Simple as that.

You're welcome dear! Yes, it can happen! You're growing, so you may need a lot of sleep, but TOO MUCH sleep can make you feel groggy! I know it does me, of course I cant remember the last time I actually got too much sleep.... :D

You might be still feeling tired even after sleeping a lot due to fatigue. It can be caused by various reasons like poor feeding, lack of body exercise and also the sleeping intervals that you make.

Immune system may be taxed - if it keeps up - see a doctor - get a blood test - make sure they test for mono as well.

um if your still tired you might not of gotten enough sleep so um try to go to bed earlyer or dont talk to an intresting girl like me lol um follow me and i can tell you more ok
