Will I lose weight fast if I work out everyday?
I wouldn't necessarily say fast, it depends on your body and how much your work out but yes you will start to lose weight.
Exercise and eat right is the key
dnt forget about eating right as well, workingout wont be no good if all you eat is junk :3 and your not fat though D:
Working out everyday can have unwanted effects. Working out every other day is how gym trainers advise you to work out at first. Once you're ready then you can work out everyday.
