It's not possible to *grow* it thicker but here are some tricks to make it *appear* thicker:
1. Blow dry your hair, and brush at the same time using a round brush on your hair.
2. Flip hair (most) from one side of your head to the parted side of your head. This will create the illusion of thickness.
3. Getting a long shag will help: it has thick layers of hair on top and thinner on the bottom making hair look very thick at top.
4. Wearing a headband gives the illusion of volume.

I just started taking the vitamin Biotin (bought it at target) my hair dresser recommended it for my thin hair. So far so good I have hair growing in so I guess it's working!
