How can i stop my self from falling in love way too fast?

ive always been the kinda girl who falls in love at first sight and i fall fast and hard how do i prevent this because all that comes out of it is broken hearts and those take a lot longer to heal?

just try not to judge people just by looking at them. some people are dressed nice from the outside but they're a whole different person from the inside. if you try to know someone, in whom you're interested, more as a person, then i think love will happen for you in a better way.and try to forget all the bad things you had to go through in the past. whats done cannot be changed now and try to welcome life with your arms full of hope.

Just try to keep ur mind away from them and think as little as possible about that person.

"What am I looking for in this guy?"
"does he have what I'm looking for?"
*after talking*
"did he have what I was looking for?"
"is he willing to talk again on a date?"

You got to start thinking about what you want in a guy and not just what you see, since you say you fall in love at first sight. Instead of going for the looks, think about the qualities you would want in a boyfriend and then see if the guy has them. If he does, falling too fast might not be a problem here, but if not, move on before you fall too deep.

Nothing wrong with falling in love, just make sure it's a guy with all the characteristics you like. If he doesn't have what you want, then back away from them before you get too close.

You must have a lot of willpower. Slow down and get to know him before you do anything. Always remind yourself that you've felt those feelings before. In fact, write it on both of your hands to help.
