I wouldn't suggest doing it at all, seventy pounds in ten months can be dangerous. But eat healthier, excercise a lot, get a good night's sleep, and if you are really worried, try signing up for Biggest Loser. Not only would you lose weight, but you'd be famous and you would inspire and entertain a lot of others

First you can try a simple way: -7 pounds per month. Or if you would like to lose more then you can try dieting, and exercise. A good diet is the Adkins Diet, which if you are on it and committed to it you could lose a significant amount of weight in a month. Also the Insanity Work Outs are pretty rough and you can lose a lot of weight very fast. Both are fast working an very good results.
To lose THAT much weight in 10 months u would have to be working out intensely 6 days a week mostly jogged crunches all that stuff and a good diet with only water if u crave juice then drink a little and eat a lot of salad and try to take the fat off of things and steamed veggies taste good with chicken that has vert little fat :)
Don't stop eating! Just find out how fast your metabolism works then try to figure out what's the best and fasts way to burn calories. Oh also drink could water and ice coffee (try not to have to much creamer) a lot but don't over dose it.cold thing help your metabolism to work cause it's trying to worm you up while you are drinking cold things. Also when your talking on the phone try to pace while your on the phone talking. It increases your metabolism percent higher. Here's a reason you should never starve your self, you would never go back to your self. When you stop eating everything is going to shut off in your body. But once you ear again everything in your body collects everything including trans fat and normal fat. So basically you gain all the fat back but faster.
