How can I lose 70 Pounds in 10 months?

Report as

I wouldn't suggest doing it at all, seventy pounds in ten months can be dangerous. But eat healthier, excercise a lot, get a good night's sleep, and if you are really worried, try signing up for Biggest Loser. Not only would you lose weight, but you'd be famous and you would inspire and entertain a lot of others

First you can try a simple way: -7 pounds per month.
Or if you would like to lose more then you can try dieting, and exercise.
A good diet is the Adkins Diet, which if you are on it and committed to it you could lose a significant amount of weight in a month. Also the Insanity Work Outs are pretty rough and you can lose a lot of weight very fast. Both are fast working an very good results.

Also you don't need to starve yourself for the Adkins Diet. You arn't watching calories but you are watching your carbs. A lot of meat, cheese, I believe milk, really any dairy product. And because they have no to VERY little carbs you cam buy a whole bag of dried meat and eat that ALL day EVERY day and still stay on the diet (depends on the carbs for a serving).

Like Ilovemybrother said, that sounds dangerous. I'd just make sure you get fruits and vegetables in your diet and go for walks and get active :). Hope this helps you and good luck! :).

Don't stop eating! Just find out how fast your metabolism works then try to figure out what's the best and fasts way to burn calories. Oh also drink could water and ice coffee (try not to have to much creamer) a lot but don't over dose it.cold thing help your metabolism to work cause it's trying to worm you up while you are drinking cold things. Also when your talking on the phone try to pace while your on the phone talking. It increases your metabolism percent higher. Here's a reason you should never starve your self, you would never go back to your self. When you stop eating everything is going to shut off in your body. But once you ear again everything in your body collects everything including trans fat and normal fat. So basically you gain all the fat back but faster.

As part of your diet, give up one thing, like ice cream or donuts or sugared pop; you know, the one item that adds all the calories.

Eat healthy food with good portion control and exercise daily. 7 pounds a month (average). Is doable.

Whatever you do, don't do anything you are going to regret ( I.e. Starving yourself). I have an eating disorder and I've learned that believing in yourself helps also.
