Some of my music files are louder than others is there a way to my them all have the same bit rate?

Name of website that can convert them, so they all have the same bit rate.

WavePad is a sound editor which can change the bit rate of audio files. They used to offer a free 30 day trial, but I have not checked if they still do within the last year. It can be downloaded from http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/index.html

There is a way to put them all to have the same bit rate. You can use the WavePad sound editor. It is easier to edit the music files using WavePad. You can also use Power Sound Editor or even Soundation.
