I'm not sure if it is possible to compare the two due to the fact that no person experiences both.

In my own opinion, I think giving birth is more painful that getting kicked in the testicles. This is because you sit in a hospital bed for hours in pain and from what people say, the screaming and hand gripping they do is usually scary. Pain is mostly measured by dol, an abbreviation of Dolorimeter.
Giving birth because it goes on for HOURS!
I would imagine that this question could not be answered accurately due to the fact that it appears to me to be of a highly subjective nature. By the way I have never experienced either, but due to the fact that I'm male, I would say a swift, hard, well placed kick would be more painful especially if one is not expecting it. Besides aren't there drugs or medications that can be used to alleviate the discomfort/pain of childbirth?
Guys will say getting kicked in the junk is the worst, chicks will say giving birth. The thing about pain is that it is almost an indescribable feeling.
Haha it looks like your talking to yourself
I think getting kicked in the testicles would hurt a lot more. If giving birth is so hard,Why are there more than 7 billion people in the world right now?lol jk Btw what would make you ask a silly question like this? Obviously giving birth hurts a lot more because it goes on for hours.
You aren't going to get a straight answer out of this question. As a girl, I would say that pushing a bowling ball through your pelvis would probably hurt more, but I can't imagine getting punched in the balls because I don't have any. :P
Loserboy, you do ask some weird questions! I will give you an answer, based on just over fifty years as a doctor, then I'll go, because all the females are going to start screaming at me.
The testicle is a delicate and very important gland, two reasons why it gives pain as a warning: a kick there is one technique used by special forces to disable or stun a male enemy.
Birth is a natural process, and if you get away from worrying mothers and medics who want to get rich, it needn't hurt that much ... ladies, before you shout, look at native women in many tropical countries: they step off the road, drop the baby, wrap it in their sari or whatever, and carry on walking to town.Much of the pain of birth these days is due to nerves and an un-natural approach to the event.
Wait for the comments, Loserboy! :D
I hate how people are going straight one or the other, but the majority is girls saying birth straight off, as everyone else is saying, how the hell would you know?
tbh getting hit in the balls hurts like hell (apparently 9000 del) however although this hurts and can cause permanent damage it does not last as long as a female's birth which is (75 del) but many hours would also hurt. However coming from the viewpoint of men ladies, remember birth is natural, you are the one who wanted the baby and joy comes at the end of this pain.
As for us guys it may be a short burst of pain and certainly not as long as girls, but what do we get out of it? A ruptured testicle? what a reward
