On a diet when i get up from laying down i get dizzy for a couple seconds and lately i havent been feeling that great

I eat 1,300 calories a day and also i daily drink water and exercise im almost 15 and have been doing this for almost 2 weeks and have lost 10 pounds
WHAT DO I DO TO FEEL BETTER?

You may be losing weight with this starvation diet but you're doing it at the expense of the proper nourishment of your body. It's no wonder you're not feeling well. If you keep this up, you risk permanent organic damage. You need to consume about 2500 calories and your diet must include a balance of all the nutrients your body needs in order to thrive. To loose unwanted weight, it's necessary to eliminate sugar and unhealthy fat from your diet by concentrating on vegetables, fruits, nuts and grains and increasing your activity level to a point where you burn more calories than you consume. You'll feel much better quickly.

I read online and it said the least amount you could have was 1,300 so thats what i did but thanks for the advice

get up slowly..that happens to me qll tge time when i get up quickley when im laying or jist sitting

Eat more of healthy foods. You are not consuming enough calories for your age! A teenage girl, between the ages of 14 and 18 years should consume between 1,800 and 2,400 calories per day, as per the 2010 USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

...Sensible People on All Kinds of Diets are Allowed to lose only 3 Pounds per week,for their Safety...and to Keep their Hearts from Stopping Suddenly.Keep it up,doll...but be Sure to make your Buriel Plans, and Notify your family.(I recently Lost my cousin to a 1,300 calorie diet)...His Heart Stopped...Westie.

But men rewuire more calories than women and i looked online and it said for women is that the least amount you can take in is 1,300 before your body goes into starvation

Is your diet self made or are you following a guideline?? It appears to me that it needs adjusting and you are losing weigh too fast. Review your intake with someone who is knowledgeable about dieting. I wish you the best with your goal, but do it without harming yourself.

I made it cause i read online that the least amount you can take in is 1,300 and i wanted to have it as small as it could go without my body shutting down
