I'm 14 years old. and i want to loose weight, what are the best things and way to loose weight?

some of the dresses i use to were can't fit me no more.
i just want to loose weight. like 10, 15 pounds . please help me.

eat right exercise an hour a day or walk 5 10 or 15 min and remember to sleep well not having enough sleep or eating super late at night causes you to gain weight hope this helped! :)

I'm 14 and same boat :) lol I drink only water an joined another sport so I also play softball an cheer/gymnastics an it works :D so eat and drink healthy and cardio!!

Work it off at the track and eat foods that help sustain your body during excercise.

Eat several small meals at 2 hour intervals, consisting of tuna, peanut butter, crackers, noodles, rice, fruit snacks, in no particular order. Drink plenty of fluids, at least 32oz of water, exercise w total ball for 45 min 3x a week, walk at a brisk pace for 15 minutes twice a day, every day. Check your progress after 2 wks, and adjust accordingly.

Eat alot in the morning (Healthy stuff, eggs w/ cheese, bananas, chocolate but not dark) medium for lunch then a small portion for dinner, eat healthy work out at least 3 times a week. I got fit by doing this! And stay committed if you don't work out one day don't sweat it, just pump it up tomorrow. And once you've been eating healthy you wont even crave the fried n greasy stuff
