If your boyfriend cannot raise bail then he will remain in jail until he enters a plea or until his trial. Your boyfriend should get a lawyer for advice on the best way forward.

Depends on what he was arrested for. Judge may make him stay in jail since he was arrested while out on bail. Depends also if the jail is full. When he does get out, tell him to do what I do - when you get arrested, get that arrest cleared up before you get arrested again. Gotta do those one at a time . Or he needs to start wearing tennis shoes.

He should be your EX bf now. Things will only keep going down here from now on.

Thief times two! At least he is progressing, from a Petty Theft, to theft of copper. Hopefully he didn't jump over misdemeanor theft, directly to felony! I know you Love him, but the time has come to walk, no run away to someone with a better profession, a legal one!!!!
