Why do some people think that getting married is dumb? They say that you do not have to get married to prove your love. i do not understand.

i think getting married is wonderful

People have different views and opinions about getting married. Some people see it as dumb because of the perceptions and mentalities they have based on other marriages. I also think that marriage is a wonderful experience especially for two people who love and respect each other.

Everyone has their own opinion on marriage, mine it that marriage is a special thing and should not be taken for granted, but everyone's is different

Those are ALL just opinions!!!! in which some matter and some dont...like me getting married is a dream of mine...I've always wanted a wedding and it will show my love but in the inside we will still know how much we love eachother

Because those who say you don't need to be married to show your love. Or that say marriage is just a piece of paper. Are ones that do not want to make a commitment. They are the type who will run off with the slightest bit if difficulty in a relationship. People who cannot be depended on, are not worth making a relationship with.
