Is it bad to be 3 pounds underweight?

Cookies! :D

You're fine. If you really see it as a problem, though, just eat a bit more. Besides, gaining 3 pounds isn't hard. 3 pounds underweight is completely healthy. The weights they use as averages are sometimes approximations.

Being three pounds underweight is not significant. Your weight can fluctuate by two pounds a day just from water. You should therefore maintain your diet and drink plenty of water.
