If you constantly use verbally abusive language, I believe any state would have the right to censor you. It's their business-the site. I've read agreements for certain sites that state that but you may want to check there. It should be listed but I'm not sure if they have to, depending on whether your actions are legal or verbally abusive on a regular basis. Sites get regualted a lot...it sucks when some shmuck is doing it though. But I agree with the constant language thing.
A site may choose to forcefully delete your account if you go against the website's policies. If Platform policies are violated, the website can delete your account or will enforce any other action. Some of these violations are publishing users' content without explicit permission and gambling or illegal pyramid schemes. Read the website's policies for more information.
