What to eat to lose weight is very depends on how much you need to lose and what kinds of foods you normally eat. If you would eat a well balanced diet that is a little higher in protein and a little lower in carbohydrate, you would lose weight pretty well.
NO processed foods NOTHING with high fructose corn syrup in it. It is like a poison for your pancreas. Stay away from sugary foods and starchy foods and you should do fine. Dont forget to exercise though.
what people dont realize is you do not have to go on any sort of crazy diet to lose some weight while eating on a daily basis... the best way to lose some weight by changing your diet is not eating like most people do... eat like your body is meant to, theres a reason we have things called breakfast lunch and dinner, simply have a nice hearty breakfast 2 or 3 times a week, and another couple of times a week have a bowl of cereal or something similar to that, lunch have a small meal like chicken and broccoli or anything with some carbs to burn off during the day, than dinner have a nice heart steak or something similar to this to get some protein in your diet and i guarantee you will lose weight

Basically stay away from the white breads, munchies, and sugary drinks. Also there is a great weight loss program that I have been on that has been very informative and helpful for me regarding nutrition.
