Why does my cell phone work when it wants to, i can not text or erase a message?

I have had the cell phone since March and they have had it replaced now this.

You should tell your parents and ask if someone can fix it. Where ever you got your phone, go there and they could help you! That's what I did when my phone didn't work! But then again, I can't text on my phone...
