So I am a teenage girl who isnt going to grow much more. And I am a soccer player who is always working. How bad are diets overall good/bad?

Good Diet is what you Need -- NOT to be on a diet --- -== Multiply Your Weight by 13 and that is the Medium calories that a Girl like you needs being you need to grow and mature and you need the rest and more for being as active as a boy --- so really you should times 14 or maybe 15 according how active and strenuous you will be ---

just eat healthy foods , yur already playing sports which is healthy enough i don't think a diet is needed in yur case

I recommend just exercising (which you already do by playing soccer), eating healthy snacks, drinking lots of fluids, limiting portion size, and resting. Good Luck (:

I'm the same way! I play soccer and im 5 3 and done growing, and i have a job. But what i do, is i go running every morning and try not to stuff my face. Just watch how much you eat, you dont really NEED a diet though.
