I'm sorry You're feeling Sad but Listen to some of your favorite music, email or talk to a friend, watch you're favorite t.v. Show. Go for a walk, go outside and listen to the birds chirp, eat something sweet, take pictures in a silly outfit, read a funny book, play a fun board game, do your make up. I hope you feel better!!! (:
its so bad when people feel down,but we all get those days,go for a walk or see your freinds,or failing that talk to your parents.when you get older you'll know what i mean,they are always there for you.
When ever I feel down I call my family or best friend and tell them I'm feel like crap and in no time we are laughing and having a good time after that watch a comedy and don't let negative thoughts stay in your head
