I'll advise for some early morning jogging. After that, go to a gym and get an instructor who'll take you through some steps to make you lose weight faster. From there you've got to watch your diet and keep away from fats and junky foods.

swim,gym,eat boiled veg lik carrot (cetabolic foods) ,wake up in the morning take a glass of warm water mix lemon n honey to the water (helps in reducing weight in a healthier way),most important thing is skipping n lots of water consumption before u go for any meal .
Eat less. Meaning stay active. Staying active keeps you "Not Bored".. There for you wont feel like you want food. Also for a little boost as an urban legend take a teaspoon of vinegar after you eat. It'll take all of the fat out of your food when you eat so you practically dont gain any weight. Eat LOTS of fiber. Like Special K for breakfast and like in between lunch and dinner eat a fiber bar.
Stop drinking alcohol, (since I see you drink Budweiser) Eat plenty of fresh fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, don't fry your food, bake your chicken and fish, add fresh herbs to flavor your foods, and have No salt, since most foods have salt/sodium in them. Have plenty of fiber/bran flakes with no sugar in them, have fruit instead. Drink fruit and vegetable juices and drink plenty of water! cut the fats from you meats. Just follow the food pyramid guidelines and eat at reasonable hours in the day, try not to eat before bed. This helps me, hope it helps you! Good luck!!!!!!
Exercise a little each day (it adds up) Park kinda far from where you're going so you're forced to walk an extra bit Drink water and not things like soda or alcohol Don't eat fatty foods or things like pizza every day (maybe once every 2 weeks) Try to shop at a fresh market if there's one around you Definitely eat dinner but don't eat late at night or right before you go to bed Basically anything you think might be healthier to do, do it.
Personal Trainer Advice: 1. Cut back on sweet drinks and alcohol. Replace with more water. 2. WALK for about 20-30 minutes once a day. (Brisk walk) 3. If you've feeling "hungry", have a glass of water BEFORE eating. Often hunger is confused with thirst.
