What is wrong with an iPhone when it goes white screen

Try restarting it holding down the hold button at the top right of the phone until a red slider appears onscreen. Slide it to turn the phone off and, when it?s off, turn it back on again by holding down the hold button until the Apple logo appears. If this doesn?t work, try resetting the iPhone. You do this by holding both the Home button and the hold button at the same time. Do this until the screen flashes and the Apple logo appears, indicating that the phone has restarted. If this doesn?t work, try restoring the iPhone from a backup of its data. Sometimes files on the phone get corrupted and need to be replaced with older, working versions in order to fix the problem. If you?ve tried all three of these steps and the problem still isn?t fixed, you?ve likely got an issue that you can?t fix. In this case, give Apple tech support a call or make an appointment at your local Apple Store for support.

I've never had that, if your phone isn't cracked or has water damage, take it to the apple store and they will give you a new one for free.

It has to be under warranty, they can also tell if it's been broken on purpose. If not under warranty your SOL.

It's called the white screen of death. To fix it hold down the home and power button at the same time for 15 or 20 seconds and it should show the apple logo on the screen. Don't worry your iPhone is not broken, just give it a break for a day afterword. Tell me how it goes okay?

mine always goes into white screen when the battery overheated because of bad signal
