If i have tremors, shake uncontrollably in stressful situations, get headaches alot, and other things of the sort, should i see a doctor?

ive been like this sense about 6th grade(possibly earlier) and i also hyperventilate or get angry easier than i would like, even tho i feel like a protector of my friends i just can't put myself in situations sometimes and sometimes and even stop talking to people for days because i just can't deal with anything. I'm 16 and in high school, i dont get along with the other kids well but I'm not mean or anything, i just dont communicate. also i can get depressed and just cant quit worrying about home life, school life, family, friends, the world, and a bunch of other stuff (almost everything) please respond. should i see a doctor about this or is it normal?

Yes! You deffinatly need to see a doctor possibly a pyschologist . If at 16 you are Having trouble coping with stress, you will need to learn new coping mechanism to help now and in the future. Possibly needs meds sounds to me like u might have generalized anxiety disorder. I have it, take meds for it also. Meds can only do so much, you will also need to learn how to cope with stress Good luck to you.

definitely see your doctor as soon as possible. That or go to the pharmacist and see what they think, you could try breathing techniques but I would see a doctor
