-Run Disk Defragmenter once a week -Get rid of programs that you don't use by using Add/Remove programs in Control Panel -Use Disk Clean-up -Download the best browser; Google Chrome -If you have Dial-up Internet, Google Chrome will work fast, but it's better to upgrade to Wireless Internet -Try not to open a lot of tabs. 3-5 tabs are alright in Google Chrome -Don't be downloading more than 3 things in just Google Chrome. You need a download manager for that.
