Is there any harm if I place CAT6, HDMI, Toslink cables concealed together into wall or floor for networking?

Now I am fully renovating my 15 years old 1700sft apartment. To avoid open cabling, I want all computers and other devices (like printer, HDTV, DVD, Home Theater system, other room speakers, IP camera etc.) networking in wall/floor concealed. And want to keep some futurist cabling options there.
So is there any harm if I place CAT6, HDMI, Toslink (fibre optic audio) cables concealed together into wall or floor through an uPVC pipe within the apartment?
Any help/suggestion regarding this and any other cable wise to place for safe future option?

All of those transmission mediums can coexist in a space together quite nicely. Be mindful of run limits, and avoid routing cables near transformers and flourescent lighting.

In my opinion, you should get an expert to advice you on the best way to conceal the cables even for future developments. You should be advised on the best way to avoid open cables and still how they will work while ensuring safety.
