By applying vitamin E oil directly onto healing tissue two or three times daily. Vitamin E helps the skin to regenerate, while the gentle massage used to apply the oil will help new tissue to grow normally without forming such a noticeable scar.Other than that, you can spend some money to get rid of scars the sure way with laser scar removal.

I have several large scars (over 8 inches long) on my body and my doctor told me to use Vitamin E oil. It doesnt remove them but it makes them look smaller and faded so its not as noticeable.

Medication to remove or help treat scars are like steroid shots, Merdermia, silicone gel covers and even pressure applying dressings. The use of cocoa butter cream being massaged in the area has also been known to work. Depending on the type of scar, you can consult with a pharmacist who will advice you on the best course of action to take in your situation.
