Can a 15yr old get a tattoo? and how many people do you think have a Rocky Horror Picture Show tattoo?

the RHPS one is just a random one. but i want to get a tattoo this summer with my sister

Hi! You do now know it's illegal at 15. Good of you to ask, however! If you do find someone that will do this, regardless of what the tattoo is, the quality will probably be VERY POOR! Any tattoo artist that takes pride in their work, will turn you away.. Aren't you too young to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show? Don't forget, you have a commitment to your body for the rest of your life. One day, you may need a job that will not tolerate tattoos. I have an idea! Get a henna tattoo! It's all natural, lasts about 40-65 days, and if you don't like it, they eventually go away! If you decide to get a real one at 18, please check out the artist 1st. They need to be licensed & have it posted. They could lose it by giving you one. Have fun in life and try a Henna first!

if the childs parents say its ok then fine.but I believe she/he shud at least wate till 16 years old its a decent age.

If you have parental consent you can get one usually depending where you go, some places may refuse you. I have teens under 18 and while I have no ink I don't mind if they do just a long as its a tat that has a meaning or purpose to them, like a memorial or something. So many people get them just to have them and usually they are just dumb tribal or Japanese mispelled writings that mean nothing. Think long n hard about what you want and where you want it cause you're stuck with it! Plus when you're 60 do you really want an old sagging tat of Dr. Frankenfurter on your chest lol!

Who ever is I'm charge of you has to sign the paper. I dont think a 15 year should have a tattoo. Your only a kid. And what u like now, your not gonna like when you 50 and then ur gonna have saggy skin, and your tattoo is just gonna sag with your skin. EWWW
