If I Mix Apple Cider Vinegar & Water & Drink It Will It Still Makes Me Lose Body Fat

imm trying to loose wait in my stomach only & im taking green tea slim pills, drinking apple cider vinegar & lots of water, they had on the news apple cider vinegar flushes fat out your body so i thought if i can mix it with water would it still flush fat from my body

Why aren't you doing what actually works, instead of what you hear through word of mouth? Cardio... at least 3-4 times a week, 30 minutes. Weight training. Smaller meals, 4-5 of them a day.
You're wasting your time with this stuff. The sooner you learn this, the better.

okay hunnz, apple cider vinagar doess actully work thank you very much i drinkk it 1 time a day tespoon & i lost up to 5 poundss it flushes the fat out your body, now i saidd ii was wondering would it still work if i mixx it with water thankk uu very muchh !

No, "hunny", it doesn't work "sweetie", use your brain, and do some research, "punkin"... You just now added that you do cardio 4-5 times a week... THAT'S what's caused you to drop 5 pounds, not the apple cider vinegar. I'm a personal trainer AND a professional nutritionist. Even if apple cider vinegar worked, it wouldn't be enough to lose any noticeable weight. Your body fluctuates in weight by 3-5 lbs constantly. Now.. I repeat again. Quit wasting your time with this stuff.

If you knew what you were talking about, you wouldn't have to ask this question on ask.com, anyway. Water wouldn't affect it one way or the other, only to dilute it. You don't "flush" fat from your body. It doesn't work that way.

Sadly, you cannot target a specific body part to lose weight. When you take measures to lose body fat, your body decides were you're gonna lose it. If you wanna tone your belly muscles, do crunches or situps.
