Can't remember song. Two bands tribute to member passed on. They are on a beach. The dead person fades in and out. Alternative bands. Help

On the beach they are sitting in a circle with a fire in the middle. It's night.

I'm afraid it is impossible to tell which song you are referring to without more information. Perhaps with a bit more information like part of the lyrics, something might come up.
