Why does kentucky get all the good basketball recruits?

UK has great basketball tradition! Schools like UK are going to be on TV quite often. If I were a great high school player wanting everyone possible to see me play, where would I go? UK or say Idaho? No disrespect to Idaho but see what I'm getting at?
The other factor is look at how many players that UK has sent to the NBA.

Because they are a really good college and kids like playing there so that's where they choose to go but they don't get the best players duke and north Carolina do

I'm pretty sure the kids that go to kentucky because they get offered a bunch of stuff if they go
