Do you mean create a new email account? Or hack into someone else's?

go to either website you like either yahoo. aol, or msn. go to new user and start creating a new password and what every e-mail you like for example mine is puffieisa@aol.com you need to come up with an e-mail account cuz you will have it forever I had mine for 25 years just remember your password and username when creating one. good luck.

What you need in order to access an e-mail account is a username which is usually your email address for the relevant account, and a password.
