Is the YouTube error message for real?

I was watching Coldplay on my laptop earlier. I clicked on my favorite video and a thing popped up that said "we're sorry, error *random number* has occurred. A team of TRAINED MONKEYS are working on the problem. If you see them, please give them this code. *another bunch of random numbers* This has happened before. Is it serious?

Oh yes, it is real! The intelligence of these primates surpasses that of humans, making them dually capable of repairing any video error. Humans are just too stupid to run YouTube.

You know, your profile picture fits me perfectly right now because I sense that you think I am unintelligent and gullible. I could do without the sarcasm, thank you.

The YouTube error message is real. However, you can try solving it by disabling the protection mode in the Flash Player. Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems. It could also be caused by extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

Thanks, but I wasn't trying to fix it. I was just curious. Thank you though!
