1. LOTS of water. 2. 20-30 minute walk every day. 3. If you feel hungry, have a glass of water FIRST. Hunger is often confused with thirst. 4. After a meal, don't sit down and watch TV... Keep preoccupied with something active for about 20 minutes to keep your metabolism fast-acting. 5. Limit your bread and pasta intake (Carbs). You can replace man-made carbs with natural carbs such as brown rice or baked potato. 6. Limit alcohol, especially Beers and Red Wines, these are FAMOUS for weight gain. 7. Dont drink liquids while you're eating meals, this dilutes your stomach acid and takes longer for your food to be digested.
All the above answers are great. I too wished to lose weight in a month but LOATHE going to the gym. Try a sport you like perhaps! Picked up tennis so I can be outside and enjoy the sun :D Works A LOT of muscles!
